Dawn

Dawn Smith

Dawn Smith is a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Pennsylvania and Ohio. She earned her B.S. from Slippery Rock University, her M.A. from Kent State University and her Ph.D. from Walden University. Her dissertation and research focused on shame and guilt as it relates to sex offender empathy.

Dawn is a member of the National Forensic Counselors, International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, and International Association for Trauma Specialists. She currently is on the Mercer County Mental Health/Developmental Services Advisory Board.

Dawn is the owner and Clinical Director of All About Life Counseling Services. She opened All About Life in 2007. Over the past 20 years, Dawn has had experience working with clients in a variety of settings including inpatient, residential, outpatient, school, corrections, and the work place. Her role within these settings have been; counseling (individual, group and family), crisis debriefing, psycho-educational testing psychological testing and BHRS assessments. 

Dawn is a happily married mother of three boys. She was born and raised in Hermitage, Pa. She enjoys roller skating, bowling and most of all spending quality time with her family.

Melissa Nagy

Melissa Nagy

Melissa Nagy is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. She earned her BS from Slippery Rock University in 2002 and her MS from Youngstown State University in 2010. She has been working in the mental health and drug and alcohol field in different surroundings since 2003. Melissa has been an outpatient therapist since 2011. Melissa is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapy and Tele-mental Health Therapy. Melissa believes that experiences shape our lives and that you have what you need to recover from what ever your barrier you are facing within you.

Melissa loves spending time with family and friends. Melissa enjoys sports, reading and going to garage sales. Her favorite past time is sitting on the porch with her dog.

Debrah Kulusich

Debrah holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Youngstown State University. She has been a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of PA for over 20 years. She has been associated with mental health entities and services in Mercer County since 1994 working in a variety of roles and positions solely dealing with youth. She helped establish Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. in Mercer County in 1994 where she served as Director for over 10 years. She has been in private practice and also worked in managed care as well before joining All About Life Counseling Services.

Debrah joined All About Life Counseling Services in 2010 where she currently serves as a psychological delegate performing psychological evaluations for children and youth in Western PA.

Geoff

Geoffrey Hudak

Geoff has been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania since 2009. He has worked extensively with people across their life span in a variety of settings. Geoff earned his Psy. D. at Chatham University and completed his post-doctoral fellowship at a private practice in Pittsburgh. He completed his pre-doctoral internship in Mercer County. He earned his Master of Arts at Waynesburg University and Bachelor of Arts at Allegheny College. Geoff uses a variety of evidence based interventions dependent upon the person’s presenting difficulties. Geoff firmly believes that in order for therapy to be effective that is critical to meet people where they are at in their journey in life.

Geoff’s favorite activities are being a husband and father as well as being outdoors with his family.

Chelsea Erb

Chelsea Erb is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. She earned her BA in Psychology from Saint Leo University in 2011 while Active Duty in the U.S. Navy and her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization track in Counseling Military/Veterans and their families from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in 2017. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Level 1 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).

Chelsea has previously worked as a Mental Health Outpatient Therapist with adults and children, as an Intensive Outpatient Therapist with adults with Serious Mental Illness, and as a Tele-mental Health Therapist. She believes that clients are the experts on their lives, even if it doesn’t always feel that way, and that client and therapist should work as a collaborative team using the client’s strengths and a variety of therapy modalities to meet treatment goals.

Chelsea enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their pets. Some of her hobbies include reading, crocheting, gardening, and weightlifting.

Melanie Hargest

Melanie Hargest is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Grove City College and her Master of Arts in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. She has been working as a counselor for 13 years and has done individual, group, and family counseling. She has worked in different settings including inpatient, residential, and outpatient. Melanie loves kids and loves helping them discover creative ways to overcome life’s difficulties.

Melanie enjoys being outside, reading, and spending time with her husband and 4 kiddos.
